[sdiy] Using an Eico tube osc..how to go from banana to 1/4 inch?

Having a little trouble interfacing at the moment.  Recently bought an Eico tube osc (sine and square generator) with banana outputs..two to be precise.  Also they don't seem to hint at whether they are positive or negative.  All of my equipment is 1/4 inch and I'd like the Eico to interact.  Any ideas?

PS: Found an old tube based counter...seems to work and the price is good.  Any pointers?
