    Forget the CEM chips for new stuff.  They have been out of production for a
long time and are very expensive.  Look at the ASM-1,
http://home.swipnet.se/cfmd/synths/friends/stopp/  . You will find schematics of
all the basic modules there, using for the most part, easy to find parts.  The
ASM-1 schematics are, as far as I know at this moment, the best collection of
simple full featured modules you can make.  If you are more interested in overly
