The flaking was instant (after it had dried of course) - I couldn't touch
the edges without damage occuring. My guess is the paint reacted with the
binding of the material to the paper. It didn't just fall off - it required
contact for the damage to occur. The offending panel is currently covered
with a mylar sheet.
