Yeah, and I bet that's why places like RadioShack encourage customers to
bring in their "dead" Ni-Cad cells from cordless phones and R/C cars... they
claim it's so they can properly dispose of them in an environmentally
friendly fashion - but it's very likely that they are just recycling the
cells and then repackaging them to be sold again... nice way to lower
manufacturing costs and increase the profit margin. lol.
