I noticed there is a batch (500) of 2n5117 matched PNP transistors in TO-3 cans on ebay. I don't know the matching specs but these might make good exponentiators or low temp drift diff amps. I thought it would be nice to keep these in the synth DIY crowd. Does anyone know specs or is willing to go in on a group purchase? Bob A
