[sdiy] S-trig -> V-trig

Hi,
I'm new to synth DIY, but know a lot about modulars et al.
I have a moog synth (multimoog), and know all the problems with the
S-trigger compared to the rest of the world/synths.
Now; I know how to turn a voltage trigger (V-trig) ino S-trigger (Switch
trigger), but do anyone of you have schematics for a S-trig to V-trig
converter?
I suppose I must have a +5V (or higher?) voltage taken from somewhere, and
have it
turned on everytime the S-triggers grounds. Any suggestions for a simple
solution?
