    Even in selling clones, the all of the Moog patents have run out long ago.
It is all, technically, in the public domain.  The only thing you cannot do
when selling a Minimoog clone is to call it a Minimoog.  I am sure that word is
a trademark that somebody still owns.  I would imagine you would not even be
able to word anywhere in any advertising, technically.
