[sdiy] filter problem

hi,

i just signed up for this list in hope somebody might be able to help me with a VCF i'm building. it's a multi-mode filter using discreet transisters for OTAs. anyway, the circuit worked beautifully on the breadboard but now after building it on a PCB i cooked up the circuit oscillates continuosly. i didn't change any parts except to use 1% resisters in the VCA's instead of 5%. 
any thoughts?
