[sdiy] one switch per key

Hi List,

I was just given a dead organ from a friend, and I'd like to use the keyboard 
assembly.  It's an old Thomas Organ with 1 set of j-wire switches per key.  

Does anyone have a link to schematics of a circuit to create a gate signal 
from this setup?  I'd like to use the stock resistor ladder (using new 
resistors), so adding a second set of j-wires will not be (easily) possible.
