[sdiy] Oberheim Matrix 6R volume pedal help

I'm trying to get the midi volume pedal on my master controller to
work with the Matrix 6R.  I haven't been able to do it.  I see in the
Matrix-1000 documentation that the 6R appears to have a non-standard
implementation.  Any hints from 6R users out there?  Right now I have
Master Edit "06 Pedal 1 = 07".  Thanks.
