If you want to experiment with an OTA based Tempco, you will find an example of one
implementation on my website, and JH had one at one time on his (it was still there the
last time I looked). I used the transistor in the expo converter as that does the
constant current reference as the temp sensor. Works very nicely. JH gave me the idea
of using the diode bias current in the OTA to control the gain. The amplifier bias
current is used to control the scale.
