[sdiy] EFM RXCV-Pro & 16F84 Pic Microcontroller Question - Please help!

This is my fault...I'm sure. I haven't bought a 4Mhz pic in ages. I use 10s
for everything...It must be a a left over that found it's way into the new
pile.
I'll send out another today.
