[sdiy] Acrylic coating on PCBs

If the acrylic is of the "solder through' type, spray it on 
before you assemble the board. That way, none of the spray 
will get on components. If you have to do it after assembly, 
make sure there are no holes through which the spray could 
go. Good solder joints should be filling most of the holes. 
block the rest as appropriate.
