I google'd up this oneliner:

Low-input active darlington driver  7  500  TD62305AP  DIP16-P-300-2.54A

Which should give you a basic hint. It seems like Toshiba killed of
this product, but many similar onces is there.

It is actually wounderfull what amount of stuff you can dig up on
Google.
