[sdiy] PCBs from printouts

A technique I learned from silkscreening is to use laser prints or
photo-copies on drawing vellum. Normal transparency plastic does not have
enough "tooth" to get a solid black. The frosted drawing vellum cures the
problem and gives a good solid black for photo-tooling. This eliminates the
need for an acetate photo-tool. Very handy.
Print a mirror image and make sure the toner side is in contact with the
photo-resist. Also works for the photo emulsion on silkscreens.
A number 2 photoflood bulb at 12 inches for 5 minutes works for the GC
positive photo-resist and the Speedball silkscreen photoemulsion.
