[sdiy] Oberheim OB-X ROMs

I have a non-working Oberheim OB-X (six voice) I am trying to fix, and
fortunately it came with a Service Manual. The previous owner expressed
concern that the EPROMs might not be working; they are old 2708 1K EPROMs,
the smallest EPROMs I've ever seen. Does anyone have any images of the
OB-X ROM I could compare them with?

Also, the manual makes reference to a test ROM - a fourth 2708 EPROM which
could be purchased from Oberheim to occupy the empty slot on the OB-X
microprocessor board - does anyone have one of these?
