Both. Not very helpful that ;-)
It seems like any 'standard', there is more than one standard. At least
here, you have a 50/50 chance of getting it right (or wrong). Soundcraft
use the opposite of Yamaha. But, if you make yourself a tail, with the
TRS jack at one end, and two mono 1/4" jacks at the other ends, you can
try each combination to see which works for you. You shouldn't do any
harm if you get it wrong the first time. When I swapped my Soundcraft
for a Yamaha, I had to remember to put all the insert cables in the
wrong way.
In your cable, connect both screens to the ground/sleeve tag of the TRS
jack. I normally use figure of 8 twin screened cable to do these cables.
It keeps things neat and tidy, and you can pull the cable apart at the
end to cope with the two mono jacks. Once you have sorted out which one
is which, don't forget to label them.
