[sdiy] Help wanted with PPG 2.2 problem

I have a problem with midi of a PPG2.2

the problem is playing the PPG2.2. thru midi it doesn't work well. There are
notes missing or the wrong note is played.

In this PPG there is a "tower" board placed at the last board. This board is
connected to the mainboard thru the IC socket and two wires.

I've noticed two things and mayby somebody can help me about this.

Pin 15 of the IC socket is missing, so there is no connection from pin 15 of
this towerboard to the mainboard . Is this as it should be or should there a
connection?

One of the two wires is loose (this is the wire which came from the 6522).
Where must this wire connected at the "tower" board?
