[sdiy] replacing step incrementor/decrementor with continuous pot

OH!!! DUH!!! BTW, you can just take out the clik out of the existing pot if
you want!!!

Thats the easiest way.. It was a bit early in the AM for me to think.. I am
wrapped up with a digital camera project at work right now, so my mind is
elsewhere.

There is a little click band inside the pots, and all you have to do is open
up the pot and take it out, or bend the little wire that settles in the
grooves to provide the click.
