[sdiy] replacing step incrementor/decrementor with continuous pot

you need a dac to read the pot, a micro to do the controls and interface
with the main micro in the K3..

Not easy.. You have to know what its looking for.. the interupts, data
structure, etc etc..

It could take days and days to figure it out.
