[sdiy] How to prevent latch-up

OK add this to my list of problems I did not have until you guys told
me they exist!!

I made that harmonic sweetner thing and the 5532 in the HP filter will
swing to one rail or the other on power-up. I got rid of it's
ultra-sonic tendencys(I think) and now this.

If I put in a NTE version of the amp, it works fine(the others that
don't behave are "JRC" and phillips.)

I tried little caps on the rails, feedback path and no(positive) effect.

What can be done to help this?
