Hi all,
Has anyone got any of these things lying around? They were made be
several companies a long time ago, National and Intersil (Harris) had
them under the pt number 6514. Its a 1024 x 4-bit sram. Pin compatible
with the NMOS 2114 but CMOS. Why do I want one? I have a Polysix with a
dead memory, and I have traced it to this chip. I had a 2114 and it
works fine but draws a whopping 25mA even on standby!
Many thanks,
