Hi everyone...

SORRY... I was inspired by the "mlan to CV conversion" comment at
the end of one post... I deleted it before I could respond...

I'm not actually "on" anything... (maybe off the wall...) today, just
got up too early.

What "RC" do you mean... like simple RC Lowpass... (or Hipass).
For a first guess (without real calculations) I just multiply
R (in ohms) *  C (in Farads) and then take 1/x function on my calculator. 
Close enough for rock and roll, get you in the ballpark.

Better is to choose C so that the capacitive reactance = the resistance. 
That would be the actual 3db down point.
