[sdiy] master list of component to freq conversion?

errr...not sure what harry's on today.  he made me nervous to ask this
question after that last email.

never one to avoid sticking my foot in my mouth, i plunge ahead.  i was
wondering if there was some sort of master list online somewhere that listed
what values of caps and resistors corresponded to which freq range cuts.  or
is there some formula for deriving this?
