Edu, both these devices were used in the UK
Publication,Practical Electronics for the
Minisonic,Minisonic 2 and the PE Sound Synthesiser,
the circuits are on the web somewhere. I can't
remember whos site has the schemos... MFC6040 was a
six pin job, if I remember rightly. 
Why, have you got either?
