Thanks for all the suggestions and tips.  Now I need to dig into this OTA
primer and do some reading prior to any smoke letting.  I let the smoke out
of a 138,000 volt SF6 interrupter yesterday at work, so I have had about
enough of that for a while.  Current was.... Well more than 2mA.  :)
