depends how far back you go.. many early synths moogs arps etc TL0.. didnt 
really exist back then , so would be LM741, LM1458.. or from the Japanese 
side of things 4558.. [roland, korg].. but I'd reckon the 7815 regulator 
would be pretty popular too...
