i recently found 3<!> tama techstar analog drum modules here and
was wondering if anybody knows what type of circuits are in
those, roland-stlye twin T networks or CEM integrated chips. if
they're discrete, i'll probably grab all 3, that's a ton of
stuff to mess with and mod, but if they're chips i might grab
one just for some analog tones. the analog synth chip is of the
saddest stories in music equipment, i wish there were some way
to produce more of those so they were easily available. some of
the stuff that i do at work deals with custom mixed-signal
ASIC's and they're not cheap unless you want to make a million
of them. too bad. anyway, sorry for the digression, but i think
there are a few people on here that are into drum modules, so
drop me a line if you know about these. l8r..Nick
