How important is it to use shielded cables for patching a modular synth? I want to get an assortment of new cables and can get away real cheap if I use the 3.5mm cables 'parallel', but if I go with the shielded ones, the price is more than double. Most of the cables will be 2' or so. Any thoughts? Thanks Rob
