Jim,

Looks good!  The resistor you added to breakpoint stage fixes a clipping
problem with the inputs seen in the original Function Generator circuit.

The function of page 4 is not clear to me, especially since it doesn't
connect to the rest of the circuit on the PCB.  Would you care to elaborate?
