Zero volts is usually the bottom note on the keyboard, which in nearly all
cases is a C.
Moog for some reason preferred F, so I end up having to adjust the
oscillators in my Moogs to suit the output of my cv convertor (which I'm too
lazy to add a simple note offset to) and then can't play in the expected key
from the keyboard...
BTW there aren't 'no standards', there are many different ones ;-)
