I'm kind of pleased with the MAT-04. Maybe if enough prople wanted
a group buy we could get a good price out of Analog Devices. The Hfe
is in the 400 range, 14 pin DIP, etc...
Hey Martin: Are the protection diodes a problem IYHO ???
