[sdiy] What filter would you recommend?

I'd either go for a 12db state variable filter (no board I could recommend...
but
look at the ARP filter on Joachim Vergese's site (arptech.com???)...

I have a copy of the Aries AR-314 VCF which is very similar to the ARP.  I've
penciled in what I "believe" is inside the epoxy block. I can scan it if
anyone wants
a copy or put it on your site. Designer Dennis Colin rates very high in my
book !

>From the EFM collection I'd pick a VCF12, it is a good contrast, especially
with the
LPF/BPF switch.
