I went to one of these exhibitions at moorfields station in liverpool about twelve years ago- it was fantastic. I was slightly the worse-for-wear, being on the wrong end of some recreational chemicals, and thought I saw, sitting in a double-o scale oak tree, a tiny squirrel (the detail in the model landscapes and buildings was particularly good and I was building a model of brookside close as a prop for the tv soap opera at the time). when the "squirrel" moved, I freaked. it was just a fly, in real life, but it didn't half make me jump......
trains aren't a good subject in the uk at the moment- leaves, snow, and now it's raining land-rovers......

(and the loco in this latest incident was the exact same one as in the recent hatfield accident- out of the shop already!)
