Hi all, I'm reverse engineering a circuit here that uses the 1S2473 diode. I tried to find the datasheet of this diode on the net but without any luck. I'd like to know if the 1S2473 can be replaced by the 1N4148 or do I need a Schottki diode (1'S'2473)? TIA, Martijn
