[sdiy] Ports

    ABS sewer pipe comes to my mind (although, I don't know if you can get
that in the UK).  The stuff is very thick (strong), and you can get it in
various diameters.  I still have 25 feet of it in the back yard (4.5"), but,
sending you a piece would probably be pretty expensive.  I would think you
could get something like that at your local hardware store.
