[sdiy] OT micromoog keyboard & mono/poly filter problems

Hi everyone,

I realize this is not really synth-diy and i am a bit new to this, but...

I have a couple of commercial synths with a few niggling problems and
I was wondering if anyone had any clues or experiences of similar
things... here goes:

micromoog: plays fine (close enough anyway ;) from external cv but
when using the internal keyboard the vco pitch fluctuates wildly. The
pitch slides around across a range of a few octaves in a random
fashion - doesn't really sound like any of the modulation
possibilities on this synth so I don't think it's the sample and hold
leaking or anything like that... any ideas?

This is a stab in the dark, but I was wondering if some of the
components (like the caps or something) might be getting leaky or too
old - anything i should try replacing?

mono/poly: the resonance control doesn't work in the normal way - it
only provides a slight increase in volume, no resonance/feedback.
does this sound like I need a new SSM 2044? or might it be a discreet
component on the board near it?

Thanks heaps in advance for any info or ideas!
