Dear all,

  Ok the time has come to think about arranging this event...

Since last year I have moved, I now live in hereford...
So this presents two new problems.

1) will people want to drive that extra 30-40 mins?
2) The house is a little smaller, so I can sleep three people and have a
maximum of 10..

So the question,
Is there going to be more than 10?
if not then all is well,
if so then should we think about a venue?
I know a VERY cheap pub room in birmingham which I can get for 60quid all
day (9am - midnight)
There is a restaurant above and bar above the function room, power is
available and I can borrow a PA/mixer..
