Still a cool idea that I still haven't tried. Still need to try it.

Have you tried this? Does it really roll off the highs?

I'm finding myself tapping on everything around me to see what 
they sound like. Saw my 7 year old son hit a steel railing and 
then stick his ear on it. Must be catching.
