I don't have a datasheet and I've never seen the AY-3-8914 mentioned 
anywhere other than in respect to the Intellivison. 

I suspect is is a version of the AY-3-8910/12/13 and the datasheet for
these is at http://bulba.at.kz/elect_e.htm.
