[sdiy] speech chips + 2101

I'm looking for data on a pari of chips:
Tehy are marked SPB-640 and SP-0256-012 both with manufacturers mark GI.
They are from an old Mattel Intellivision.

Also, I have a pair of 2101s here, socketed in an old printer control board.
Condition unknown. The person who was looking for these can have them for
US$2.00 (basically postage) if they still want them. (sorry, I deleted the
email)
