projects? I normally run my own webserver, but my old 486 server box
decided to go and die, and I haven't had the time to bother getting Apache
up and running on my normal machine. I'm not even looking for a place to
put samples, just a basic page or two about the two projects I'm working on.
In case anyone's curious what they are, here you go: >>

While there is no definite time frame yet, I'm starting to look into getting
a DSL line. If it is indeed possible (and it seems to be, through earthlink),
I'm going to set up a server in my basement and start offering to host things
for free as long as they're non-bandwidth consuming. Storage will be
plentiful, I have 150GB of SCSI disks and a number of raid controllers, and
hope to eventually have 500GB of RAID installed. I'm probably going to do it
at almost zero cost, as well. The server is a K6-2 400 w/384MB of memory, and
is already assembled for the most parts..more details once I'm up and running
with it.
