    You can also use the 5101 (The 5101 is a CMOS version of the NMOS
2101).  Jameco has them listed for  $6.95 each (YIKES!) (and they aren't
in Europe, either).

    The 2101 was not really a dual port SRAM, it just has seperate inputs
and outputs.  If memory serves right, this part is a 22 pin, 0.4" wide
dip.
