I built the "oscilliscope graphic artist" circuit that someone pointed
out on the list, and it included a by-pass cap from the +15 to -15 rail.
I had never seen this done before, but put it in as shown anyway. No
problems with the circuit, but I would also like to hear peoples
thoughts on this, seems... "strange"
