Looking at scot gravenhorst's schematic for a complex waveform generator using 4015 4bit shift register, it calls for a CMOS clock input;I'm looking to build some of these external to the fatman, so, what are the characteristics of a "CMOS clock" necessary to drive the 4015? will a simple 555 based timer do? thanks - finland red germany black egypt white
