Hi Jon:

The switches used in the Minimoog and the 900 series modular systems were
originally made by a company called UID Switches, Inc., based in the
Chicago area.  They sold that part of their product line to ITW many years
ago.   I called ITW last year to inquire about the availability of these
switches, and was told production was discontinued years ago, no stock is
available.
