[sdiy] DIY PCBs

Back when I used Macs in the early 90's, I had a great time using the
Douglas system.  For a couple of boards, we just sent the files to them and
they made the boards.  Later they made films and I then sent this to a
company in San Jose called Martex.  I definitely count hand-routing DSP
boards as doing it myself, even if I didn't do the work with the chemicals.
