Hi all!

The question for those newbies then would probably be where to get the
funds for a commercial PCB package?! Not everyone can do it where they
work.... The cheap "trial" versions sometimes can't even do Gerber, some
non-commercial programs are designed for the home etchant. 
One could argue you could buy the synth directly from that money instead.  

I'm with Colin here.
