  Actually, I've had good results laserprinting to paper, then exposing
the UV film for a longer time.  I still lament for the days of the
'orange' UV film, though--that stuff was great.  The black film 3M sells
in its place is much less forgiving of exposure time variances.

  In the 1980s, when I used the ubiquitous Bishop Graphics pre-cut tape
and pads to lay out artwork on vellum, I could manage a 30x45cm board
before board-bath processes got too awkward.  These days, I just upload
cam files to a local board house.  I got lazy. ;)
