  That was one of my experiments, which, while it works, can be done
better.  I'll have to get some Scenix-now-Ubicom SX chips in to tinker
with in an attempt to use concurrent phase-accumulator oscillators.

  I need to devise a good fine-tuning method for use in
microcontroller-derived TOG tones.  A PLL main clock might be interesting,
but it might do odd things to the processor pipeline.
